イカ天ぶっかけをいただきました。
冷やしにしたので、うどんがツルツルスベスベです。茹でたてながら冷やされてやや固めになっています。
イカ天はたいへん柔らかな仕上がりです。
この店、どこにあるのかな？と思ったら道の駅の建物、その中の奥なんですね。
