This Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is located near Anan Station in Tokushima Prefecture. It was very busy, but we were able to enter at 10pm. ・Tofu salad ・Exquisite Grilled skewer skewered liver topped with salted green onions♪ ・Chicken gizzard ponzu sauce - the ponzu sauce is homemade ・Avocado sashimi - delicious with salted kelp and special soy sauce♪ ・Stewed beef tendon - my favorite sweet and rich flavor with tofu ・Chicken skin is also delicious The sauce is not too sweet Everything is delicious The service is very polite and even though they seem busy, they are always smiling and considerate The alcohol service is a little slow, so it's best to order early It's a great place I wish there was one in my neighborhood
