この店は広島ソウルフード専門店とのことで、お好み焼きが中心の店です。
ラーメン類もあり、焼き担々麺、汁なし担々麺、甘辛つけ麺があります。
「汁なし担々麺（760円）」を注文。
辛さは選べます。とりあえず中級にしました。
ラー油と花椒系の辛さが利いたタレがかかっています。
麺は細めのストレート麺です。
広島風汁なし担々麺ではありますが、
若干タレに粘り気があり、麺もダマになりやすい傾向です。
味は広島のそれと同じだと思います。
辛さは広島では1～5辛と5段階で辛さが選べる店が多いですが、
中級は3と同じくらいだと思います。
広島の汁なし担々麺に慣れていない人には辛い辛さでしょう。多分。
