板野インターから15kmの田んぼの真ん中にこのドイツ本格ハム屋さんはもう20年前から鎮座しています。シュバルツバルトのマイスターにハム作りを学び一万頭の豚牧場主の兄弟が経営するパイロットショップがここだ。神戸の甲南山手にもつい最近までショップを出していた。アイスバインが絶品だ。塩辛いというイメージでここのアイスバインを食べると驚きの口溶けに驚くだろう。店内はまるでドイツのソーセージ屋さんだ。隣棟にはバーベキューコーナーもある。獣医でもある近藤店長の飼うロバやヤギもいる。ドイツのエコロジーがそのまんま徳島にタイムスリップしてきたかのような錯覚に陥る。都会でまがい物のハムを食べている諸兄は是非ここで本国よりずっと美味いソーセージやハムを堪能してもらいたい。
