池田町・国道３２号線の郷土料理屋さんです。
あめご(あまご)料理が有名と言うことで、塩焼きが食べたいなぁ～と思ってたんですが、メニューを見て｢ひらら焼き｣が気になり、どんな料理か聞くと～
｢あめごを野菜と一緒にお味噌で煮込んでいるおすすめの料理なので、ぜひ食べて下さい｣とのコトで決定✨

主人は、あめごの塩焼き定食です(*^^*)
ひとり鍋であめごの他には、鶏肉・玉ねぎ・ナス・じゃがいも・こんにゃく・豆腐等々が入っていてお味噌で煮込まれています。
あめごは、あっさりしててくせのない味でした。
少し皮が固かったです。
野菜も全て美味しくて満足✨
塩焼きも美味しかったです(*^^*)
窓から眺める景色も素晴らしかったです✨
