2020/11/25の昼食です。之は銀座六丁目の本店の口コミです。本店て検索しているのにこういう訳です。
これは銀座兼松ビルビルの本店の方です。この食べログは閉店している店ならアクセスできない様にしてくれればいいのに
こういうことになりました。申し訳ございません。
本文 妙なタイトル画像を見て頂くと解ります様にスープを入れた入れ物が「うわ～うれしい景徳鎮じゃないか」と心で思いましてタイトルにしてしまいました。この磁器に関しましては青花と呼ばれるコバルトを使った青が特徴と言います。何と言っても有名なお店ですがわたくしの感じましたのはお勧めは何と言っても薬膳スープとその入れ物です。勿論、マーボ豆腐は美味しかったのですが薬膳がお勧めの様です。少し遅かったのでランチメニューではなくて写真にある食べ物、どうも、わたくしは美術的に自身の感性が高まりますと全て美味しく感じてしまいます。景徳鎮の龍の図柄は好きな易経の龍とか駅の道具とか若い時に読んだ王弼の解釈書とか思い出して懐かしくなりました。磁器がお好きな方。中国哲学がお好きな方。あるいは占いが好きな方なんかいいかもしれませんねえ。パウダールームは綺麗ですし薬膳スープはお土産に販売しています。わたくしは易は読めても占う事は出来ません八卦を導き出す事と占う事と違う様にお料理を作る事と食べる事は違います。お料理は作ることは厳しいのですが美味しくて健康になるのなら食べる事は好きでも調理は素人のわたくしでも許されるような気がいたします。超お勧めです。場所は中央通りを新橋方面に真っ直ぐ懐石みちばさんのビルです。
