昨年末に３週間ほど入院した私の回復祝いを高校の同級生達が開催してくれました。
元々激辛料理を食べ歩くグループなのですが、今回は私のために身体に優しい料理ということで、薬膳中華。
飲み物も私は「星福オリジナル 薬膳茶」
6種類の漢方素材が入ったお茶で、やや酸味があります。
料理は私の希望で「天」という名のコース

・季節の果物と胡桃とくらげの胡麻ソース和え
食物繊維不足や弱った胃腸の改善
揚げたクラゲ？のパリパリした食感と胡麻ソースのコクがとてもあっています。
・袋茸入り鮑のオイスターソース煮
免疫機能の改善
優しい味のオイスターソース。鮑が柔らかい。
・薬膳スープ・佛跳墻（ぶっちょうしょう）
修行中のお坊さんが跳んで喜ぶスープという意味らしい。
塩分控えめの中に複雑なコクの旨みを感じます。
跳んで喜ぶというのも、まぁ共感。
・小籠包
・北京ダック
手足のむくみ改善
小籠包，北京ダックは普通の美味しさ
・燕の巣入り衣笠茸の高湯煮
乾燥肌、肌荒れの改善
燕の巣はよくわかりませんが、衣笠茸とスープの出汁の風味がマッチして美味しい。
・ご飯もの
水餃子、担々麺など8種類から選べます。
私は激辛麻婆豆腐をチョイス。
かなり辛いけど、辛さの中な甘味とコクがマッチしてとても美味しい。
・デザート 杏仁豆腐
以上、料理が出てくるテンポも良く、同級生とのとても楽しい食事でした。
さすが百名店ですね、とても美味しかった。
今度はディナーでもう少し奮発しても良いかも。
