中国４千年の食文化から生まれた薬膳料理を食べさせてくれるお店です。
銀座６丁目、婦人靴の銀座かねまつビルの６階にある中国薬膳料理のお店です。
以前から何度か食べに来ていますが、いつも薬膳海鮮焼そばを注文して食べています。
行き始めの頃は薬膳海鮮焼そばは１５００円位でしたが、今では２１００円になっています。
一度大人数で薬膳のコースでも利用しましたが、食べやすい薬膳料理でした。
今回は昼食で利用し、いつものように特製薬膳海鮮焼そばを食べました。
大ぶりの海老や帆立、烏賊が焼そばの上にのせられ、焼そばにはいろいろな薬膳の具材が入っており、何となく元気になるような焼そばです。
店内は、ほぼ満席で、中国人らしいお客さんも数食べており、店員さんも含めて店内に中国語が飛び交っていました。
いつものことですが、サービスや愛想は今一のお店です。

季節の薬膳蒸しスープ：白木耳、慈姑、蓮の実、クコの実などの薬膳食材を使用したオリジナル薬膳蒸しスープ
メインの料理は、８種類からの選択なので
ブロッコリーと３種類の海鮮炒め、及び 海老と卵の炒め物を選んでシェアしました。
お粥 または 白飯は、お粥を選択
デザート：杏仁豆腐
どれも味も良く体に優しそうな薬膳中華料理でした。
