丸玉ご飯¥2,200税込は、ご飯入り茶碗蒸しのようなもので、出汁が効いた濃いめのあんと茶碗蒸し部分を崩しながらご飯と一緒に食べると、優しいその食感で幸せな気持ちになれる一品。強めに混ぜるとリゾットのような感じ。すっぽんスープとのバランスで、あんはもう少し醤油少なめでもいいな。
すっぽんスープの小鍋は、臭みなく滋味深いお味。お餅は柔らかく伸びるけれど煮崩れず、お雑煮のようで、こらまた嬉しい一品。
炊き合わせはすっきりとしたお出汁で、蓮根や小芋が引き立つ。
デザートがあるのも嬉しい。マンゴー掛け豆腐で優しい食感。
高級店らしい落ち着いた雰囲気ながら、気配りのある接客で、心地よいランチタイム。
心身ともに癒されたい時、夏バテの時、カラダを温めたい冬にも、丸玉ご飯とすっぽんの小鍋を食べたくなる。
海鮮の東丼にも惹かれるけれど、、また丸玉ご飯にしちゃうかなあ。
丸玉は、柔らかい食感で汁系3皿なので、シャキシャキした酢の物とか炒め物とか揚げ物が一皿あると嬉しい。
