東京メトロ日比谷線・銀座線・丸の内線「銀座駅」から徒歩5分。
日本を代表する料亭の「金田中」を気軽にランチで体験できるのは素晴らしい。
鯛茶漬け 2750円
先付になす、蓮根、ほうれん草のお浸しと鮭の揚げ煮浸し。
そしてメインの鯛茶漬けは瀬戸内海から豊後水道までの良質な鯛を仕入れていて、
胡麻の風味と鯛の旨味がとにかく美味しい。
ついつい鯛茶漬けに行く前に食べ終わりそうになってしまう。ご飯もおかわりしちゃいました。
出汁を入れて最後にサラッといただき完食。
手軽に金田中を体験できよかった。
ランチ時はお店も空いていて、仕込みをされているのか、
お弟子さんなど料理人の方が圧倒的に多かったです。
