11：50開店。
店内は、ベージュを基調とした、いわゆる割烹。
調理場がすぐそこに見えるカウンター席がずらり。
後ろにテーブル席がある。
ランチは3000円前後のメニューが４種ほど。
「小鍋スッポン大根」を注文。2750円。
季節の野菜の煮物から甘味まで楽しめる。
初めてのスッポン料理。
小鍋で提供される僅かなスッポン。
大事にいただく。

ご飯は茶碗蒸し風のリゾット風。
美味しゅうございます。
甘味は、黒蜜のかかった豆腐。
