銀座のランチで、鯛茶漬けを出すお店が、とても多いのをご存知だろうか？
自分は、以前放送の『マツコの知らない世界』で、それを知って、何軒もの名店が二千円〜三千円で、鯛茶漬けランチを出しているのに驚いた
ということで、銀座の老舗料亭、『金田中 庵』に行き、名物の鯛茶漬けを頂いたのだ。
久しぶりに頂く、鯛茶漬けは、とてもお上品で、最高に美味しかった
一杯目はゴマだれを纏った鯛の切身を、白ご飯に乗せて、そのまま頂く。
鯛の身がプリプリして、胡麻だれが風味があり、堪りません
二杯目は、鯛の切身を豪快に白ご飯に乗せて、熱い鰹出汁をドッとかける。
すると、鯛の表面に火が通って、鯛の身が何とも柔らかくなり、旨味がますのだ！！
鰹の出汁に、胡麻だれがあいまみれ、何とも美味いこと
食べ終わった後も、心が満たされて、幸福感でいっぱい
銀座で食べる鯛茶漬け、マイブームになるかもです
