牛バタ焼も選べるお好み和定食！
久しぶりに訪れました。
しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼き、ステーキとお肉が良質なお店ですが
お昼時は「お好み和定食」があるんです。
7種ある品から2種(2,783円)、または3種(3,509円）チョイス。
選んでいると2種のつもりが、3種いただきたくなり(*^。^*)
まずはセットのトマトサラダ。
暑い日だったのでのど越しがいいです。スプーンでいただくのはドレッシングや玉ねぎも
一緒に運べるから。この冷え冷えの一体感がすごくいい。
ドレッシングは販売もしています。
選んだお好み3種。
刺身三種盛り（まぐろ胡麻醤油、かつおたたき、いか黄身酢和え）
どれもしっかり量があってお刺身好きとしては嬉しい！
これは飲みたくなる盛り合わせだな～、どれも美味しい♪
そしてここの名物「牛ロースバタ焼」も選択肢に入っているんですよね！
初めていただきます。
醤油辛子だれにつけて。ホースラディッシュが意外、と思ったけど合う。
うん、美味しい！
付け合わせの野菜がまたいい役割です。それぞれ下拵えが違うのも手間がかかってますね。
「まながつお唐揚げ黒酢あん」は季節のメニューかな。
お魚が揚げてあっても鮮度がわかります。しっかりした黒酢餡が絡んでいい味！
蓮根、茄子、インゲンも旨し。
ちょっとおかずを欲張ってしまったので、ご飯は控え目に。
白米と茸の炊き込みご飯と選べました。
味噌椀もさすがに美味しいし、鯛味噌は白いご飯ならさらに箸が進みそうな脇役。
外国人観光客も場所柄多いのでしょう、すべて英語表記あり。
お昼でもサービス料がつきますが、こういうしっかりした老舗だと
やはり目配り、気配りで納得します。
お料理も想像以上に大満足でした！

老舗の安定感。さっぱり素麺とかつ丼のメニューもおススメ！
銀座のど真ん中、三越と松屋の間という立地もあって
外国人のお客様も多し、そしてやはり老舗ですので年齢層もやや高めです。
もちろんしゃぶしゃぶやすき焼きもお昼のメニューにあり、
お手軽な生姜焼きなどもありますが、
お願いしたのは、季節のメニューであろう
「彩り冷しそうめんとかつ丼セット」（1,800円税・サービス料抜き）
素麺涼しげ～
キレイですね！
具材は海老、茄子、おくら、椎茸など。
つるつると喉越しよく薬味がたっぷりで爽やか！
冷えたお出汁は塩分控えめ。
梅雨冷えの毎日ですが、この日は少し蒸し暑さもあったので
美味しくいただきました。
かつ丼は蓋つきで登場。
出来たて～～！
カツが美味しい。身が締まったお肉です。
わたし丼のつゆだく目が苦手なのですが、そこもクリア。
かつ丼って1人前食べると飽きますが
これはお素麺と合わせて丁度良い食べ応え。
とろろ豆腐とお新香もあります。
お冷代わりが麦茶なので
食事を終えると温かいお茶が供されます。
全体的にサービスに関しては高いレベルなので
（こういったランチでもサービス料ありですし）
いろんな場面で問題なく利用できるお店ですね。
覚えておくと間違いなし。
休日はランチのラストオーダー15:30なのも嬉しいところです。

Speaking of pomegranate, shabu shabu and Sukiyaki come to mind, but I like the "Okonomiyaki Japanese Set Meal" for lunch! You can choose two (2,783 yen) or three (3,509 yen) from seven different dishes. I always have trouble deciding whether to buy the tomato salad dressing that comes with the set... The crunchy onions add a nice accent. The three-kind sashimi platter always has the "tuna sesame soy sauce" which I like because it has a nice saltiness and the tuna is sticky. The haruko tai and squid spicy cod roe dressing are also good. I was torn between the Kobe beef minced cutlet and the "beef loin butteryaki" specialty here. The horseradish and soy sauce spicy sauce have an addictive taste. The meat is soft and the accompanying vegetables are also great. I was able to eat a lot of fish, vegetables, and meat, and it was delicious and satisfying!
