銀座にある、他店とは一段違うホルモンが食べられる、ちょっと高価格路線な韓国焼肉屋さんです。
特にホルモン（シマチョウ）はとろける食感で、今まで食べてきたホルモンとは別モノのように感じました。
美味しかったです！

どデカいシマチョウとミノを、店員さんが付きっきりで20分以上かけてベストな状態に焼き上げてくれます。

この日は男5人で利用しました。
特上ホルモンと特上ミノは追加注文不可なので、最初に注文する必要があります。
メニューに載っている写真は2人前だそうです。
3人前くらいでも十分か...？と話し合っていましたが、店員さんから「これが名物だし5人前いっといた方が良いんじゃない？」的なことを言われ、覚悟を決めてホルモンは5人前を注文！
これだけで1万2千円オーバーですw
ちなみにミノは3人前で。
出てきたのは、写真の通り山盛りのホルモンとミノ。
食べ切れるか不安になりましたが、実際は量的にもこれくらいで正解でした。
特にホルモンは丁寧に焼き、カットし、無駄な脂を落とし...と何分もかけて焼き上げていく中で、それなりにサイズも小さくなっていきます。
もっと弾力はあるのかと思ったら、とろける食感でそんなに噛まずにペロリと食べられてしまいます。
今まで食べてきたホルモンとは別モノ。
もちろん普段食べるホルモンも大好きですが、これはちょっと別の食べ物と言って良いと思います。
ホルモンとミノだけでも心はもう満たされていましたが、お腹はまだいけるってことで、せっかくなのでハラミやプルコギも3人前ずつ（これまた1皿1万円ですね）いただき、最後に食事3種を5人でシェアしました。
プルコギも今まで食べてきたものとは違って、カルビのお肉だけのものでした。
そして、見た目はパエリアのような「特上ミノの炒めご飯」がかなり美味しかったです！
