銀座の高級焼肉。
食べるべきはホルモンとミノ、そしてミノご飯。
ホルモンとミノは店員さんがつきっきりで焼いてくれます。
とにかくフレッシュで甘みあるお肉。
ハラミも食べたけど、お値段の割には薄めのお肉が数切れ…塩でいただけて味は美味しいです。
ナムル、キムチもいいお味。
チヂミは普通かな。
特筆すべきはやはり名物のミノご飯。
これだけ食べにまた行きたいぐらい。
二杯ぐらい食べたい、辛すぎることなく甘すぎることもない絶妙な美味しさです。
