新橋演舞場での16:00公演がはけてから伺ったので、19:30予約でぴったりでした。見た目はフランス家庭料理のようでしたが、素材も味も一級品でした。ついついワインが進み、赤白併せて4杯も。遅い時刻に伺ったので、20:00には私一人残ってしまいました。
シェフともっとお話したかったのですが、シャイな方なのか、なかなかきっかけもつかめず、メインディッシュが運ばれると、シェフはお帰りになってしまい、結局お話を伺うことができませんでした。
チーズとデザートはお弟子さんに出していただきました。最後まで美味しくいただきました。今度は早めの時間に予約しようと思います。
