BRONZEや百名店にも何度も入っている、東銀座にある王道なフレンチ。
仕事が読めなくて、前日に運良く見つけたお店を予約してみたけど、最高なお店だった〜✨
＃洗練された王道フレンチ
JSランチコースとオレンジジュースを注文。
洗練された調理方法やソース、素材の味を活かした料理で、どう表現したらいいのか分からないくらい、どの料理もめっちゃ美味しく、コース全体のボリュームやバランスも最高だった！
初めて口にした、調理方法や素材の料理もあったけど、どれも本当に美味しくて、王道なフレンチ料理を体験できた。
＃劇場
明るいオレンジの装飾に囲まれ、半円型のカウンターとなっており、最大8席（3組くらい）の完全予約制のお店。
シェフ歴40年以上の中澤シェフが料理をなさっている姿を見ながら、食事や会話を楽しめる〜
料理ができると、丁寧な説明とともにサーブされる。
最後はシェフとウェイターの方が入口の外までお見送りしてくださる。
