久しぶりに東銀座へ。
有楽町から歩いたので疲れてしまった。
どこかで一服しよう。
ということで、文明堂の喫茶室へ。
・・・って随分綺麗になったもんだ。
ここに来るのは40年ぶりか（呆）。
喫茶室は2階・・・昔は1階だけの店だったが。
エレベータでも階段でも行ける喫茶室は、カフェレストランとなっていた。
お客さんは女性ばかりで、皆さんランチを注文。
さて、メニュー拝見・・・高！
東銀座なのに、銀座価格だ。
別の店でランチを取ろうと思っていたので軽いものにしよう。
「カステラフルーツサンド 季節のソルベ添え」（1,600円）
ドリンクはブレンドをお願いした。
しかし、高いねぇ(笑)。
店内の雰囲気は非常に良いが、男性客一人での来店には度胸がいる。
どうにも甘味処の雰囲気が抜けない。
フルーツサンドが登場。
フルーツは、シャインマスカットとバナナ。
それをクリームで閉じ込め、パンの替わりにカステラを使用している。
なるほど、面白い。
一口・・・おおっ、良いじゃないか。
クリームが実に旨い。
カステラが良い感じでさらに甘みを足している。
カステラを使ったフルーツサンドは初めてだ。
すっきりしていて、それでいて甘みがあり、さらに立地な感じがする。
パンだとこうはいかない。
季節のソルベはカシスアイス。
これが甘くないので、甘くなった口には最高だ。
ブレンドも丁寧な淹れ方で、ほっこりする。
これだけでは、男性では腹が膨れないが、女性なら十分という人もいるかもしれない。
高いけど、満足度が高い店だとは思います。
