友人との交流で、文明堂銀座店へ行きました。予約できるので、事前に予約してから行きました。文明堂というと、カステラという印象でしたが、カステラ以外にもかき氷やパンケーキなどありました。焼立て三笠パンケーキセットを注文しました。ドリンクはホットコーヒーにしました。
注文して10分ほどでパンケーキとドリンクが運ばれてきました。薄いパンケーキが３枚、アイスとフルーツ、あんこが乗っています。しっかりと焼いていて、どら焼きのような焼き色です。
バターを塗った香りの良い美味しいパンケーキです。メープルシロップやバニラアイスを合わせることで、甘みや香りが増します。パンケーキの中では焦げ目の香りも味わえる方だと思います。フルーツの酸味でパンケーキの味にアクセントを加えてくれます。あんこやバニラアイスを合わせることで、クリームどら焼きのような味わいになります。
ホットコーヒーは、苦味のある美味しいコーヒーです。コーヒーで口をリセットしてからパンケーキをいただきました。
お店の雰囲気も良く、ゆっくりできるお店でした。また利用したいです。
