歌舞伎座近くにある和菓子店です。
名物カステラの他、様々な和菓子を販売しています。
物販だけでなくカフェ利用も可能です。
駅からは近いです。

特選五三カステラをいただきました。
確か、1,600円くらいだったと思います。
値は張りますが、価値あるものでした。
【感想】
文明堂といえばカステラです。
長年食べていませんでしたので、今回は特選をチョイス。
かなりお高級ですが、その価値ある味。
見た目もとても黄色く、品質の高さが垣間見えます。
卵黄と卵白の比が5：3とのことです。
カステラは5切れ。
とてもふわふわで、しっとりもしていて香りが良いです。
下面にはザラメが上品に付いています。
シャリシャリする食感。
甘さも適度で美味。
今まで食べたカステラで一番美味しかったです。
他にも様々な和菓子が販売されていました。
