個室はゆったり深く座れる椅子で落ち着きます
テーブルには炭が用意されていて網の上に半円の鉄板が
これにはこのお店独自の仕掛けがあり、
肉の種類によってこの鉄板を上から被して両面焼きするんですね。とても考えられています
女性スタッフさんがとにかく仕事ができて
こちらの意図するところを読んで先回りしてくれるんですよ
まあここまでクオリティの高いお店は初めてです
肉の質はカルビもハラミもそしてホルモンも最高でした
