昨今の状況もあり、予約していたクリスマスディナーを取りやめ、ランチを楽しむことにしました。
数日前で予約がとれ、銀座の一等地にある店舗に来訪しました。
◆クリスマスランチコース 8000円
せっかくなのでコースを注文。
馬肉のタルタルから始まり、牡蠣と海老のアヒージョ&バゲット、フォアグラのポワレ、真鯛のアンクルートと続きます。
メインはローストチキンが目の前で切り分けて提供され、トリュフを削って完成です。
そして最後のデザートワゴンも嬉しいです。
つい全種類お願いしましたが、特に昔ながらのプリンが美味しかったです。
落ち着いた店内で、ゆったりした時間を過ごすことができました。
店員さんのサービスも言うことありません。
