銀座一丁目に「ドン・ピエール」というフレンチの店があります。地下鉄銀座一丁目駅の１０番出口をでて、歩いて１分とかからないところになります。この店で、ランチをたべていくことにしました。ランチコースAというコース料理をいただきました。前菜は、フランスロワール地方産のホワイトアスパラガスのムニエルです。甘くて新鮮なアスパラガスです。スープは、ポタージュスープです。コクがあります。メインディッシュは、黒毛和牛のランプステーキを選びました。やわらかくて、ジューシーな肉で、レフォールソースとよく合っています。最後は、ワゴンデザートとセイロン産紅茶です。
ひじょうに美味しいランチでした。
