私達は酒量が多いので単価が上がってますがw
銀座の中にポッとある大人ビストロ居酒屋。
知らなかったけど、オザミの系列なのねー。
こりゃ、炭火焼きが期待できる(*☻-☻*)しかも、
炭火焼きは串タイプ、塊タイプと選べる細やかさ。
食いしん坊の我々には色々頼めて良い。
大好きなウフマヨは酸味のある濃厚マヨソースがたまらない。これ5個くらい食べたいw
ふっくらジューシーな椎茸もワインに合うし、鹿のローストが秀逸。ジューシーで肉肉しくて滴る感じはもう、お酒が3杯進む。
最後に追加した穴子もブリンブリンして、脂が乗ってて良かった。
そうそう、こちらのお店では東御市で作ってるオザミワイナリーの確かスチューベン？が飲めるのです。知らんかった！薄く濁った赤ピンクのほんのりいちごの様な香りのする美味しいワインじゃったな。
グラスワインの種類がもっと沢山あると更に良いけど、
大人が飲みに来て楽しいおみせでしたー。
