どストライクの麻婆豆腐見つけた。
銀座にある老舗中華料理屋さん。
夜は火鍋・お昼は石焼きビビンバ推しみたい。
火鍋も気になるけど、かとう的に一番気になったのが麻婆豆腐。
天丹さんのインスタで見かけた赤々とした色と艶やかな見た目が、間違いなく美味しいって訴えてたもん。
麻婆豆腐は石焼き鍋に入ってて、熱さから汁が飛び跳ねるのなんの。
紙エプロン必須だ。
ふーふーしていざ一口目、食べる。
一気に気持ちアガッタ。
これ、凄く好き。
インパクトある攻めた辛さ。
辛さが美味しく感じるギリギリのラインを攻めてるのが良きだ。
肉味噌の炸醤にも個性ある味付けがしてあってこれだけでも食べれてよかったって思うくらい。
ニンニクのパンチも効いてるから全体的なインパクトに繋がってるのかな。
ある程度食べ進めたら麻婆豆腐オンザライス

ライスオンザ麻婆豆腐。
石焼き鍋の中にご飯を投入してまーぜまぜ。
麻婆豆腐食べる時はご飯と混ぜて食べるのが大好き。
たまらんのう。
写真で伝わると思うけど、石焼き鍋が大きいから美味しさをたくさん堪能できるのも最高。
美味しさも味わいも量も。
ずっとこういう麻婆豆腐が食べたかったから嬉しかった。
お会計する時にスタッフさんが麻婆麺も始めるよって教えてくれて、次はそれ狙ってるんだ。
麻婆豆腐食べたくなったらこれからもここにしよう。
