食べログからネット予約ができるので，開店時間である11:30で予約をしてからお店に行くと，他に客はいなかった。
1時間滞在をしたので，私の後には，1人客，2人客，3人客の順に3組が入ってきたが，終始空いている状況で，混雑嫌いとしては快適な空間だった。
このお店を訪れた目的である「本格火鍋ランチ」を注文。
この「本格火鍋ランチ」は，平日だけ実施されていて，次の四つから選ぶことができる。
①黒毛和牛霜降り肉セット（2,800円）
②鹿児島黒豚セット（2,200円）
③新鮮ラム肉セット（2,000円）
④海鮮セット（1,800円）
私は，本場中国では人気ナンバーワンという「新鮮ラム肉セット」で，ライス又はラーメンはライス，食前ドリンクはジャスミン茶を選んだ。
注文から5分後には，食前ドリンクや薬味などが運ばれ，10分後には鍋や食材が揃っていた。
店員がこちらの好み（辛さはどうするか，にんにくやパクチーを入れても大丈夫か）を聞いて，タレを作ってくれた。
ラム肉が少し少なく感じたのと練り物が凍っていたのが気になったけど，おいしくいただいた。
お肉は追加注文することもできるので，足りなければ頼んでもいいと思う。
練り物は，どうせ鍋に入れるのだから，凍っていてもあまり関係はなかった。
ライスはおかわりができると言われたので，量的な物足りなさはないと思う。
私の場合は，ライスをおかわりしなくても，十分お腹いっぱいになった。
ランチの価格帯は，「￥2,000～￥2,999」となっているが，「本格火鍋ランチ」以外にも「本格中華ランチ（1,480円）」があるため，平日ランチだと「￥1,000～￥1,999」だと思う。
「本格中華ランチ」は，食前ドリンク，サラダ，点心，メイン料理からそれぞれ選択するもので，メイン料理には一般的な中華料理が揃っている。
この日も，私の後に入ってきた客のうち，1人客と3人客（サラリーマン）は，「本格中華ランチ」を注文していた。
なお，残りの2人客は，「本格火鍋ランチ」を頼んで，お肉の追加注文やお酒の注文もしていたので，こういった人たちが全体の平均価格を上げていると思われる。
何が言いたいのかというと，平日ランチは，基本的にはお得な値段で食べることができるということだ。
銀座近辺で火鍋が食べたくなったら，お得に食べられて，お一人様もウェルカムな，このお店をおすすめする。
