銀座駅の階段を上ってすぐのところにある、老舗和菓子屋さんの、銀座あけぼの銀座本店さんに伺いました。銀座駅を使う時はいつも前を通るお店ですが、季節ごとの和菓子などがいつも並んでいて、なかなかに誘惑の強いお店です。今回は春の和菓子が並んでおり、ついつい購入してしまいました。
・いちご大福
大粒のいちごの入ったいちご大福です。いちごがジューシーで程よい酸味があり、大福ももちもちで最高に美味しいです。この季節は必ず食べたくなる逸品です。
・さくらもち
こちらも春の定番にして、安定の美味しさ。桜の香りが好きなのですが、この香りを一番感じられる和菓子かもしれません。生地も餡子もとても美味しいです。
・桜もなか
こちらは初めていただきましたが、ほのかに感じる桜の香りや、もなかの香ばしさ、程よい餡子の甘さ、お餅のもちもち感、すべて最高です。
・まとめ
いつも美味しい和菓子を手軽に提供してくれている、銀座あけぼのさんですが、この春の和菓子も最高でした。どれも甲乙つけ難い美味しさです。
