一番人気は鯛茶漬け
懐かしい佇まいの料理屋さん。ちょっと寒い日には特におすすめ。そのままで美味しい鯛の刺身。白いご飯と、ゴマタレと一緒に、そして器が持てないほどに熱い汁を掛けると、霜降り状態に。心も体も温まり、幸せになります。 |
平日のランチでむとうさんを訪問してきました。
場所は銀座駅徒歩4分ほど。
11:30のオープンと同時に到着しました。
鯛茶漬けが人気のむとうさんですがこの日は茶漬けの気分になれず、
日替わり膳(鰆の胡麻焼き) 1,700円
天ぷら 400円
合計税込2,100円を注文しました。
清潔感のある店内でテーブル席に案内してもらいました。
10分ちょっとで着丼。
鰆の胡麻焼き、小鉢2種、漬物、ごはん、味噌汁、デザート、追加の天ぷらといった内容。
鰆は厚みがあり身も柔らかくて美味しいです。
胡麻ソースは普通。
小鉢2種はお豆腐とひじき。
追加した天ぷらは、キス、ブロッコリー、蓮根、さつま芋。特筆するべきところはなし。
やはり鯛茶漬けが不動の人気なので、そっちがいいのかも…
