創業が1950年という、銀座では老舗のフレンチ料理店。
まず、ビルに掲げた味のある店名が目を惹きます。
入口ドアを開ければ目の前に階段が。
座席は2階なんですね。
両手側にそれぞれ5〜6テーブルが設置されているようです。

シャンパーニュの後は、白ワインと赤ワインを1杯ずつ追加注文しました。
伝統的なフレンチを踏襲しているのか、各皿に添えられたソースはそれぞれ違い、力を入れて作っているな〜と感じました。
それと、彩りが綺麗なので、一つひとつ絵画のよう。
クリスマス3日間だけの限定メニューらしく、オマール海老やアワビなど豪華な食材が使われていましたね。
ソムリエを始め、サービススタッフも料理の説明が完璧かつ丁寧で、さすが老舗…と感嘆しました。
