11.2、老舗フレンチのハンバーグランチがとっても良かった話 エスコフィエさんに久々の潜入です。
ソニー通り、路面にでている大きなハンバーグランチの看板が目印です。手軽なランチが申し訳ない立派な入り口、緩くカーブした階段を上がります。すたすた。
はやめの時間で先客は3組、お召しものの印象から長年のファンの大切なランチのよう。窓側のテーブル席で和やかにされています。
二人テーブルエリアで秒で注文は完了。スープ or サラダ、パン or ライスの部分が自由に選べます。スープ＆ライスにしました。
まずはマッシュルームのスープ。絶妙ななめらかさとムンとくる力強いきのこの香り。フレンチのスープはいつも楽しい。
隣の方のハンバーグを視野見して期待を膨らませます。あれがまもなく目の前に。
到着した一皿はクラシックな佇まいが美しいです。ソースの粘性、野菜の火の通り具合、見ただけでそれぞれの素材感が伝わってきます。
“肉汁にお気をつけください”、というハンバーグさんは外はしっかりめに焼かれ、中はふっくら。ナイフを入れた途端に透き通った旨味が溢れます。
ソースの絡み方も下味も肉質もよく美味しい。ライスとの相性ばっちり。
食べている間にはぽつぽつ来店があり、いずれも限定10食のハンバーグではないようでした。あまり遅くなければ大丈夫ぽいです。気になる方はプチご褒美にぜひ✨
ごちそうさまでした。
かかりつけの眼医者さんで定期的に検査をしているのですが、（たぶん）不惑を超えたからか40cm視力なるものを自動的に測られるようになりました（どこもそう？）。
今のところ老眼はないときっぱり言われたものの、夜に暗めのところだとメニューとか見にくいと感じることあるのでじりじりと忍び寄っている気が。
少しずつあっちこっちに調整が必要になってくるだろうから丁寧にメンテナンスしたいと思います。でね、最近の一大関心事は血管のメンテナンス。
献血の結果から血は抜群の質を保ってて自信はあったのに…血管年齢の測定結果は実年齢+1でした 食生活に加えて、ちょっとした運動も必要そう。ついにちょっとした運動か…と腰は重いのですが健康はダントツの優先事項なのでがんばります。
