全般に料理はうまかった。
繊細な宝石のような アミューズ から始まり、前菜のオマールは、 それ自体 美味しいのだがそれを囲む 野菜のコンボ ジション は珍しい野菜がたくさん混ざっており 大変楽しめました。魚料理も完成度が高く、 肉は低温調理 が なされており、 美味しい 仔羊でした。
一方で、 デザートは単純なケーキ（美味しかったですが）、 パンは硬い 普通のフランスパン、 紅茶は セイロンやアールグレイなどの細かい 選択はなしなど、 料理以外は結構こだわりないような感じでした。
料理命 のフレンチ ど真ん中を感じる店でした。
