I wanted to eat a delicious Hamburg, so I visited ``Ginza Escoffier'' for lunch. The Hamburg lunch limited to 10 servings available during lunch time on weekdays is what you're looking for. When I arrived 15 minutes before opening, there were no other customers. I waited in front of the store, and about 10 minutes before the store opened, the shutters opened and I was welcomed inside. Thank goodness it was cold. Once you go up the stairs, you'll forget you're in the middle of Ginza, with the elegant interior typical of a long-established store. Your expectations for the food you will receive will increase. ``Ginza Escoffier'' was founded in 1950 and is the oldest French restaurant in Ginza. This long-established restaurant is said to faithfully follow the cooking methods of Auguste Escoffier, known as the Emperor of French Cuisine. Well, I immediately ordered Hamburg lunch (2,500 yen). You can choose salad or soup for your appetizer, and you can also choose rice or bread to accompany your main dish (Hamburg). This time, I decided to make a combination of soup and bread. First, let's start with cauliflower potage. When you scoop it into a spoon and bring it to your mouth, you can smell the soft scent of cauliflower. And when you put it in your mouth, it's a rich potage with a smooth texture. It's delicious. The saltiness is also perfect. A masterpiece where you can fully enjoy cauliflower. And finally, Hamburg appears. A chewy-looking Hamburg topped with colorful grilled vegetables and plenty of demi-glace sauce. As expected, the arrangement is beautiful. good. As expected, the moment you put a knife into Hamburg, the meat juices start flowing out. If you mix it with demi-glace sauce, it will be delicious. Although it has a dense texture, it has not lost its juiciness and the taste is suppressed, so it does not feel heavy. And the depth of the demi-glace sauce is incredible. The balance of flavor with Hamburg, which is probably the minimum seasoning to bring out the flavor of the meat, is amazing. It's insanely delicious. A sauce that lets you feel the history of Restaurants. On the other hand, the grilled vegetables (garniture) that came with it were also delicious. Purple potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, stick senor, beets, etc. Both are best grilled. The supporting characters are more than just eye candy. wonderful. baguette is also served freshly baked and has a fluffy and light texture. I guess people think it's good because it soaks up a lot of the demi-glace sauce. There is no gap. Lastly, the staff's explanations of the food and the way they serve the food are polite and good. Even for lunch, I was impressed by the CS, which gave the atmosphere of a high-class French cuisine in Ginza. It was delicious. For 2,500 yen, I have no complaints at all. I would like to visit again next time with my colleagues. Thank you for the meal, Deshita.
