美食家の先輩から日本一のレストランといったら「ロオジエ」と聞いてから、人生で一回は訪れてみたいと思っていたお店になります。
今回、いろんな縁あって来店させていただきましたが、噂通りというか噂以上のお店でした！
これがグランメゾンなのかととても勉強になりました。
料理の美味しさは当然のことながら、店内の雰囲気、スタッフさんのサービス、素材のこだわり、そして創作性と革新性。
どれをとっても唯一無二であり、食事というよりも体験でした。まさにゴールドエクスペリエンス！！
気軽に行けるお店ではありませんが、人生で一度は訪れる価値のあるお店だと思います。
