昔から憧れだったロオジェへ。
入り口の彫刻を施した大きな扉の前にはガードマンが常駐。恭しく開けた先には円状に地下に伸びる空間。吹き抜けになっており地下から桜が満開ばりに枝を伸ばすよう生けられている。1週間ごとに全国の旬の桜を飾り続けているとのこと。非常に手のかかったおもてなし。
今回は人数が多かったため、円の壁に沿って配置された個室のような空間へ。窪みのような空間で中央を見渡せるし三方が囲まれているのでプライベート感も高い。贅沢な席。
テーブルの中央に設置されたキャンドルと花が一体となったオブジェも美しい。
お料理も全て申し分なし。とにかく見た目が美しく、味も季節感と素材の良さを引き立てたものが多かった。特別にこの一皿というより全てを89点まで持ってくる感じ。
圧巻はデザート。3種出てきて最後にワゴンまで。重くないものが多いので沢山チャレンジ出来るし、甘いもの好き達は大興奮な内容。
紅茶類が豊富でおかわり自由なところも特典高い。
期待に応えてくる店だなぁと感じた。
