美味しい幸せで満たされるレストラン
銀座のメイン通りを横に入り、高級店が並ぶ道にある資生堂ビルの横にLOSIERがあります。
にこやかなドアマンにドアを開けて頂くと、さすがザThe最高級レストランの風格のある素敵な内装。
雨だったので資生堂らしいきれいな女性がハンドタオルを貸してくれました。
ソファーに座って少し待つと、外国人の方がフランス語と日本語で席まで案内してくれました。
階段を下りると席は思ったよりも少なめで、大人の落ち着いたきらきらとした空間。
気分が高まります。
せっかくなので14,000円のコースを頼みましたが、最高に満足できる体験となりました。
一口前菜で瑞々しいトマトのゼリーのぷちんっとろっで広がる甘くさっぱりとした香りと味に感動し、
続くコーンのスープはサクサクの食感とコーンのつぶつぶ、海香るゼリーのつるつる感の組み合わせが面白い。
感動したのはポーチドエッグ！フランス料理でポーチドエッグなんてあるのねと思っていたら、
いつも食べているものとは世界が違いました。
今まで経験した事の無いような香り高いきのこと生ハムとトリュフとほうれん草が濃厚な卵のとろぉっとした
黄身とまざりあって、あぁこれがマリアージュなんだなぁと。美味しくて美しかったです。
お魚はぷりぷり新鮮なカサゴ。ごつごつぶちゃいくなお魚だったはずなのに、ソースから見えるピンクの皮は可愛い。
お肉は鴨！多分生まれて初めて鴨をいただきましたが、まるで牛肉のように力強くて美味しかったです。
ブーダンという鴨が新鮮でないとできない、濃厚な鴨と内臓のペーストと、いちじくのソテーがまじりあい、
さらにお肉のうまみとぴったりマッチしていました。
デザートはさっぱりテキーラの入ったシャーベットの後、香り高い紅茶とすっきり濃厚なミントチョコレート、
最後はカートで運ばれてくるショコラやマシュマロなどのお菓子たち。
心身ともに最高に満たされました。

8年ぶりくらいに三回目の訪問となりました。
洗練された美しい空間でサービスマンはたくさんいらっしゃいますが皆さん気持ちのよい対応をされます。
お料理は7月からお値上げで今回頼んだ一番お手頃のコースが1.7万円となり、もう少し早く予約していればと少し残念ではありましたが、今まで安すぎたので仕方ないですね。
今回ロオジエで初めて鳩をいただきましたが、新鮮なまま届いた鳩にレストランで処理を行い余すことなく使った一皿は力のある素晴らしいお料理でした。
また伺う日を楽しみにしています。
