■芹と大山鶏のつけ蕎麦¥1,780（税込）
銀座の中心であるエルメスの裏手、ソニー通り沿いにお店を構える『明月庵 ぎんざ 田中屋 銀座本店』。夜の時間に訪問。通し営業で、銀座で使い勝手は抜群です。場所柄か、関係値が気になる男女カップル客がちらほら。
オーダーしたのは、季節ものの中から、「芹と大山鶏のつけ蕎麦」¥1,780。10分ほどで到着。そばはせいろに、つけ汁には芹と鶏肉、柚。甘辛いつけ汁にコシのあるそばが美味しい。つゆはかなり濃いめで好み。大山鶏は筋肉質でもっちもち。ほのかに薫る柚が爽やかな後味を演出しています。しかし、量がやはり少ない。蕎麦前をいただいてから、〆るほうが得策かも。そばの単価も高く、美味しいだけにもう少し値段が安ければ嬉しいところです。
