どーも諸行無常です。
ランチに軽く行きたい時にたまに伺わせていただいてます。
蕎麦一枚では量が足りないので、おかわり蕎麦一緒にオーダーで2枚重ね。
蕎麦はエッジが効いてて結構好きです。
塩、そしてわさび塩にして蕎麦につけて一枚。
2枚目は蕎麦つゆで。
薬味は蕎麦湯の時に使用。
入店から30分せずに退店できるパターンです。
美味しくいただきました。
