少し軽めなノリでしゃぶしゃぶを楽しみたいとき。
お肉を食べたいけどヘルシーに行きたいとき。
週末ならランチでも予約するとスムーズです。
✩︎⡱お店のようす
銀座コアという奥様向けなビルの地下二階にあります。
地上はテーブル席のお店もあるようですが、地下のこちらはすべて円形のカウンター。中に店員さんがいて、下から野菜が出てきたり、火を弱めたり、お客さん一人一人をスムーズにケアできる設計になっています。
席の間に調味料が必ずあるので、カウンターでも「それとってー」みたいなことが起こりません。しかも隣とのスペースに余裕があり、調味料もスタイリッシュな細いボトルなので、お互いの邪魔になることがなかったです。
✩︎⡱注文したもの
国産牛肉50g、豚肉50gのサービスランチを注文。
合計100gも食べればそれなりかなと思ったものの、出てきたお肉が数枚ずつで、ちょっとだけ不安を覚えてしまいました。
ぽん酢かごまだれで食べますと説明していただきました。
✩︎⡱慣れてないので野菜に苦慮する
えのき、白菜などは問題ないのですが、豆腐とわかめはどう食べるのが正解だろうかとなりました…
目の前に穴開きおたまなどあるのでそれを使ってみましたが、少しすると店員さんがそれを使ってスープのアクとり？をしていたりしたので、間違えてた⁉︎とおどおどしてしまいました。わかめに至っては捕まえるのに苦労しましたｗ
しゃぶしゃぶ知識ないので、野菜の食べ方もレクチャーしてほしいところです。
✩︎⡱お肉おいしい
少ないかしらと心配したお肉ですが、食べるとやっぱりそれなりに満腹でした笑
国産牛、おいしい！豚肉もジューシーでおいしい！わかめはお肉にひっかけて食べるのが正解なのでしょうか。いまだにわかりません。
✩︎⡱スープとシャーベット
食べ終わると、お店の方がしゃぶしゃぶしたスープのアクをとってから注いでくれます。出汁が出ていておいしいです。
食後のシャーベットはりんご味でした。
りんごの風味がしっかり味わえて、量も少なめでちょうど良かったです。
✩︎⡱お店の人の目配りが素晴らしい
お水が減ればすぐ注いでくれるし、おかずが残るうちにお米がなくなればお代わりが必要か聞いてくれます。それでいて会話は遮られることがなく、快適でした。
次はすき焼きも食べてみたいです！
