It's only been about two years since I came to Tokyo, but I used to visit Shabusen Ginza Core twice a month. It's finally closing for reconstruction (T . T) I think the novelty of solo shabu shabu has been brought into the limelight by COVID-19, and I think the word "foresight" really describes it. The new restaurant will be right in front of me from August 24th, so I'll be visiting frequently from now on. Thank you for your hard work for such a long time (I'm a newcomer) and I have high expectations for the future.
