銀座でおでんといえば、こちらが真っ先に思い出されます。
寒い季節はなかなか予約も難しくなりますが、春夏は比較的入りやすいとのことでした。
お世話になっている方々に連れて行っていただく機会が何度かありました。
皆さんまずは、かつおのたたきを注文され、かつおを食べ終わったお皿にお豆腐を入れていただく。
お酒とおつまみを楽しんだ後に好きなおでんを注文されます。
きっとおすすめの流れなのだと思いますが、そういうのを体験させていただくと、ちょっと大人になった気分です。
おでんは定番の具から面白い具もあり、お出汁が美味しいです。
具が大きいものは食べやすく切ってくださいました。
テーブル席のときはお鍋におでんを入れて出してくださるので、みんなで選ぶのも楽しいです。
この日はお土産もいただきました。
おぐ羅の千社札が貼られたパックにたくさんのおでんとお出汁が入っていて、家族にも喜ばれました。
