土曜日の夜に訪問。
割と人気店っぽく、お店に伺った際にも結構混んでいたので予約しておいてよかったです。
こちらは銀座で37年ほどのおでん屋さんとのことなので、以前からずーっと気になっていました(=´∀｀)
本日頼んだのは以下の通りです↓
・おでん盛り合わせ（1,760円/一人前）
・鯨ベーコン（2,200円）
・鯵フライ（1,980円）
・梅酒（935円）
カウンターのおでんから湯気が立っている光景がまずワクワクさせますね✨
（やっぱりおでん屋さんと天ぷら屋さんとお寿司屋さんはカウンターが一番ですねw）
こちらのおでんは醤油を使わず塩を使ったおでんとのことで非常に澄んだ出汁の深い味わいと素材そのものの味わいをじんわり楽しめます。
おでんといえば練り物が多いですが、ふわっふわの練り物は絶品です･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+
はんぺんがふわふわで自然な甘さが際立っており感激✨
醤油を使っていないのに卵の白身がこんなに染み渡った色合いをしているのが不思議ですが、こちらも美味しかったです✨
数人で来ても、おでんはちゃんと人数分注文することをオススメします。
鯨ベーコンも脂が乗って非常に美味、アジフライはサクッと中はふわっと繊細な美味しさでした。
お通しで卯の花が出てきましたが、出汁が美味しくてジューシーかつ繊細に仕上がっておりこれもまたポイント高いですね。
おでんのお出汁を活かしているのかな。。。？
最近肌寒くなってきましたが、この深い味わいのおでん出汁の優しさとぬくもりに癒されました。
次はもっとお腹すかせといて色んな具材いただきたいなぁ…あとお刺身もおすすめとのことです！笑
また行きます。
