先日、白金のお店に行って、とてもPizzaが美味しい
そして酒のアテの前菜なども美味しかったので、
銀座に姉妹店が出来たと聞き、訪問したかったのです。
アメリカナイズされたお連れさんなら、
ワインにも付き合ってくれるだろうと、満を持して。
１軒屋のお店は３階まであるのですねぇ～
１階はピザ窯が鎮座し、その分席も少な目。
ドラミ達は２階の席へ通されました。
先ずはイタリアビールとスプマンテで乾杯っ☆
その後、白ワインボトルで（￥5,000円位？）
Ghineo Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
２階を担当してるスタッフが、何気にコミュ障気味？ｗ
ちょっとタイミングとか、会話が噛み合わないのは、
ご愛敬？苦笑ｗ
取り合えず、お互いの意思疎通を努めて…笑
オーダーは、
・プーリア風 タコとジャガイモのサラダ（￥1,900円）
ジャガイモの火の入り方もバッチリ♪
想像以上にお洒落なポルトガル料理っぽぃ一皿。
・イワシとウイキョウのベッカフィーコ（￥2,300円）
これ、めちゃ旨っ！トマトペーストも美味。お勧めっ！
・マルゲリータ（￥1,800円）
やはり先ずは定番から抑えましょうか！
とはいえ、若干ミニトマトの味もチーズの味も薄い…
ん～ピザ生地の香ばしさ諸々も及第点で感動が薄い…
白金で食べたあの感動は何処へ？！爆ｗ
・スペイン産 ウサギ腿肉の白ワイン煮込み（￥3,700円）
お連れ様のお気遣いでドラミの希望が通りまして、
兎タン、白ワイン煮込みって響きで、つぃつぃ
クリームソース系を想像してましたけど、あ、
オリーブや人参等の野菜ゴロゴロのソースでしたｗ
取り分けは全てお連れさんがやってくださいまして、
ドラミは飲み食いするのみっ！笑
ご馳走様でしたぁ～☆彡
コチラは白金のPizzaウリというよりも、
普通のイタリアンを愉しみに来た方が良いかな？
