おはようございます！
先月は南青山・ブルーノートで目の前で歌う大黒摩季さんを見ながらお酒を飲み感動しましたが、今回は銀座でアクアリウムのあるダイニングでお酒を飲みました。
新橋7丁目の銀座コリドー街2階にある
アクアリウムダイニング銀座ライム
銀座でアクアリウムというと、テレビドラマ「相棒」のロケでよく使われていた「水響亭」には行ったことがありましたが、こちらは初めての訪問
銀座エリア最大級のアクアリウムダイニングとのこと。
コリドー街の2階に上がると目の前に広がるアクアリウム
淋しい熱帯魚ではなく元気が熱帯魚たちが元気に泳いでいました。
カップル席に座り
こちらの熱帯魚を見ながら乾杯！
お通しは鳥のササミとザーサイ
でっお酒のおつまみでオーダーしたのは
炙りサーモンとアボカドの生春巻
さっぱりしていていいですね。
次に「大人の一口贅沢盛り合わせ」(1,480円)
内訳は
「マグロのカルパッチョ」と「真鯛の昆布岳〆カルパッチョ」
「黒毛和牛サーロインと生うにの炙り」と「紅とろサーモンとこぼれイクラの炙り」
牡蠣のオイル漬け
ズワイガニと真鯛のテリーヌ
まさに大人の一口贅沢ですね。
次にバリエーション風串焼き「サテ」
鶏肉と牛のハラミ
ドリンクは銀座ハイボールへ
レモンとライムの味わいがアクアリウムにぴったりですね。
そして、〆は
15年間お客様から愛され続けている「特製ナシゴレン」(920円)
本場バリの料理人が作る本格バリの炒め飯
辛みのあるエビせん、アチャール、オニオンフライも乗っています。
しっかりと混ぜていただくと
マイウー！
