この店に通うようになって10年以上が経つ。
いつ行っても、素晴らしい日本酒が揃っている。
店長はじめとするメンバーの探究心が半端なく、いろいろな蔵元を訪問して勉強に余念が無い。
私が15年以上通っている山形米鶴酒造でも、杜氏を交えて店長たちと何度も飲んでいる。
だから、この店で何を飲むかはいつもお任せ。
飲むペース、次に出される料理、私の好み…全て把握した上で選んでくれるから、「次は何かな～」というワクワクが楽しみ。
この日も、飲まなくては帰れない「米鶴豊穣の里」を最高のタイミングで出してくれた。
そして、料理。
刺身の盛り合わせはいつもマストだが、ここで食べる「鯛一郎くん」（宇和島の養殖鯛）が最高に美味しい。
何年か前、ここで鯛一郎くんを食べた2日後、羽田空港で「鯛一郎くん」のジャンバーを着た人を見つけたので思わず声を掛けると、なんと鯛一郎くんの社長だったという偶然もあった。
常に季節の物を仕入れてあって、揚げ物はいつもサクサクふわふわ。
酒肴も、いぶりがっこチーズとか、コンビーフとか、酒が進むものばかり。
いつも、お酒と同じかそれ以上に料理も楽しみにしている。
時節柄、久しぶりに顔を出したにもかかわらず、店長が今まで通り最高の笑顔で迎えてくれたのが、すっごく嬉しかった。
銀座に行ったら、まず最初に思い浮かべるお店です。
