予約の上、初訪問です。明るく、清潔で落ち着いたお店です。
飲み物はまずはビールから。
その後は日本酒へ。たくさんあり、お店にペアリングをお願いして出していただくことに。。。
食事はコースでいただきます。
まずは一品目からビックリです。胡麻豆腐のモンブラン。
まさにモンブランケーキのよう。そして栗と胡麻豆腐のコラボと憎い演出からスタートです。
そして宇和島「鯛一郎クン」棒寿司
鯛一郎というのは、宇和島の養殖ブランド鯛です。鯛自体もプリっとしていいのですが、上品に〆られていて、そしてご飯が固められてるのではなく、積まれてるように圧が罹ってなく、でもしっかりとまとまっています。
次はお造り盛り合わせなのですが、変わりお造り盛り合わせと書かれています。
お酒は福島の廣戸川 純米です。
鯛一郎クン（愛媛）昆布塩酢橘
本鮪（アイルランド）コーヒー醤油
蒸し鮑（北海道）肝酢鮑の気もソース和え
クエ（長崎）ルバーブジャムソース
虎河豚（山口）昆布〆
どれもひと手間掛けた江戸前なのですが、この手付けによって、より魚の旨みを引き出されます。
特に鮪が絶品。
マナガツオ酒粕焼き 酒粕レモンソース。
こちらも面白く串焼きで盛も見事です。
さっぱりとしながら酒粕の上品な味付けがいい。そして、焼き加減が素晴らしいですね。
お酒は長崎の六十餘洲 純米酒 山田錦 ひやおろし
とらふぐ冷製茶碗蒸し、こちらもプリンのような、でもふぐの上品な旨みが素晴らしい。
三重県津市の寒紅梅 純米五百万石60％を合わせます。
すっぽん蓮根饅頭 銀餡 すっぽんの旨みがしっかりと出てます。
福島のあぶくま 純米吟醸 ひやおろし
和牛サーロイン炭火焼き 栗と赤ワインソース、お肉が柔らかく、しかし皮はしっかりとやかれていて何とも言えない歯ごたえです。中は蕩けるよう。栗と赤ワインのソースがいいですね。
福岡県 綾花 特別純米 R3BYひやおろし
最後は天の戸 亀尾 純米吟醸 夏越生熟成
どれも珍しいお酒で、それぞれ味わいが違います。
お酒を飲むなら、お任せがやはりいいと思います。
そして〆は月見うどん。クリーミーでうどんもコシがあり美味しい。
デザートはフルーツ大福。美味しいですね。
是非、またお邪魔したいお店です。
