カニクリームコロッケ、おすすめです！
コースを頼むなら、ぜひコロッケのあるコースでいっちゃってください。普段は揚げ物を好んで食べませんが、クリーミーかつカニの風味や食感がしっかりとあり、リッチなコロッケには思わず感嘆の声を上げてしまいました。
お料理ですが、すべて趣向を凝らしてあり、ああでもないこうでもないと話の盛り上がる品々でした。
たしか我々が頼んだのは独創和食 8品です。とても美味しかったです。
まず、先付のもろこしのモンブランから美しくて美味しくて。スイーツですが、栗のモンブラン好きなので歓喜でした。
お肉の後に餡掛けやおそばが出てくるのも最高ですね。日本酒が進みます。
日本酒はたくさんあり、利き酒師さんもいます。
私が好きなのは新政や一白水成のようなフルーティな酸味のあるさっぱりとしたお酒なので、それを伝えて出していただいたのが以下になります。

十四代はレアめな生詰ということで選んでしまいました。これはいちご大福ですね〜。
