銀座駅から徒歩7分ほどにある洋食料理店。
当日電話で予約して訪問したが、平日昼過ぎはご飯の利用フロアはそんなに混んでおらず。
看板料理のオムライスをオーダー。
3000円。
値段は高いが、いかに。
チキンライス。
こんなに酸味よりも旨みの強いチキンライス食べたことないな。
上品にもほどがある。
そしてごろごろにはいったマッシュルーム、チキン。
食べ応えがあって美味しいなあ。
チキンライス単品でもメニューに名を連ねるのもよくわかる。
そしてこのチキンライスの上に卵とチーズが乗っかっている。
卵はふわふわ。
つやのある表面。
チーズもチキンライスとよう合う塩梅になっとる。
トマトソースもまろやかな酸味で普段使っているケチャップとはレベルの違いを感じさせられた。
コク深いねえ。
そしてトッピングの福神漬けとたまねぎとらっきょう。
特に酢と醤油で味付けされた玉ねぎがよく合う。
一気に和風オムライスっぽくなるね。
高級オムライス。
この値段でも釣り合っている美味さが確かにあった。
