銀座6丁目のビルの8階にお店を構える、全席完全個室の焼肉屋さん。
同じく銀座にお店を構える人気店「焼肉コバウ」と比べ、更にグレードが高いお肉や創作料理が楽しめるお店です。
■メニュー
料理はコース・アラカルトどちらでもオーダー可能。
月齢30ヶ月以上の黒毛和牛雌牛のみを使用しており、しっかりとした旨味と上品な香りを併せ持ったお肉を楽しめます。
この日はコースの中でも最も豪華な、35,000円のコースをオーダー。
頂いたお料理は下記の通りです。

・牛刺盛合わせとユッケキャビアトリュフ添え

■感想
グルメ仲間の友人達と4人で焼肉を食べに行くことになり、人気店の中でまだ行ったことがなかったコチラのお店をチョイスしました。
銀座という街に相応しい、重厚感のある内装が特別感を演出しており、まさに特別室といった雰囲気が味わえます。
コースはお肉だけでなく、旬の高級食材を織り混ぜる構成となっており、今回は松茸が随所で登場。
メインでは松茸がたっぷりと入った神戸牛トリュフすき焼きと、松茸土鍋ご飯を一緒に食べるという、贅沢極まりない体験が楽しめました。
焼肉は全体的に肉質が極めて良く、特に厚切りの黒タンは圧巻のクオリティ。
希少なタン元の部位のみを使用しており、プリプリの食感と噛む度に広がる濃厚な旨みが堪らない一品でした。
ミノをてっさのように盛り付け、しゃぶしゃぶで頂く創作メニューも楽しめ、豊富なバリエーションに大満足。
スタッフの方々の接客も素晴らしく、トータルで完成度が高いお店でした。
お祝いや特別な日にまた利用したいと思います。
