銀座の高級天ぷら。夜は高いけどランチはリーズナブルに銀座で天ぷらを味わえる。天ぷらは揚げたたらタレに潜らせるタイプ。
★天丼 1650円
蓋を開けると黒いタレを纏った天丼の登場。
海老は小ぶりながら3本。外はカリッと中は柔らかく火の通し具合が抜群。かき揚げは大きめにカットされたホタテがゴロゴロ入っている。口に入れるとホタテの香りが口いっぱいに広がる。
ご飯の量は少ないが固めに炊かれていてすごく美味しい。
さすが銀座の天ぷらですね
