三笠会館の和食店。
すき焼き、しゃぶしゃぶを売りにしており、ランチは3000円くらい。
日本料理の味もよくありがちな仕出しのような味、すき焼きの割下やしゃぶしゃぶの胡麻ダレは私は好みではないが、三笠会館という立地柄、年寄りの客が多い。味とかではなく、三笠会館というブランドに価値を見いだせるならば、良いのではないだろうか。仏教系の経営だから、昔は築地本願寺の法事とかでコスパが悪くても混んだんじゃないかな。
肉質や味、サービスなど総合点で考えたら、交殉ビルの某老舗や新橋駅直結の某しゃぶしゃぶチェーンに行ったほうが間違いない。
接客は素人レベル。
店内の造りは悪くないが、一つ気になったのはフローリングがよく清掃されていないのか、白い靴下が黒くなったこと。そして、客にはスリッパがないのに、従業員が履いていたこと。
残念無念。接待では使えないので、星一つ。
